Maya Crawford went from 911 dispatcher to real estate investor, building a portfolio of mid-term and long-term rentals while also becoming a private money lender and specializing in transactional funding. In addition to running her own funding business, Maya serves as a Transaction Coordinator for a large transactional funding community. She is passionate about teaching creative finance and transactional funding strategies, helping investors at every level confidently structure, navigate, and close more opportunities.

Chris Geddes is a Bozeman-based real estate investor and business owner. He spent eight years as a product manager at Google, where he led billion-dollar product launches. In 2024 he left tech to build businesses of his own. He founded Pine to Palm Homes, a real estate acquisitions company focused on creative finance. He also built a portfolio of roughly 10 rental properties across Montana, Washington, Oregon and Arizona. Most of those were bought with seller financing or contract for deed instead of a traditional bank loan. He uses the same approach outside real estate. Chris bought Blast Off Car Wash in Coolidge, Arizona with seller financing, and he co-owns Peacock Floors, a 45-year-old commercial flooring company in San Francisco. At the conference he will walk through real Montana deals that used contract for deed, subject-to, and DSCR loans paired with seller financing, including purchases made with no money out of pocket.

Bob Goodson, joined Accruit in January 2026 as Director, Business Development. Goodson brings more than two decades of experience in real estate, title, and 1031 exchange services, including senior leadership roles with a national qualified intermediary and a leading national title organization.  Bob is deeply committed to educating, he has taught thousands of Realtors and lenders on subjects including cyber fraud, divorce and estate planning considerations, 1031 exchanges, and many other industry-related issues. In 2010, he became the first individual in the nation to receive a lifetime membership from the Residential Real Estate Council (RRC) along with an honorary Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation. He currently serves on the Utah Association of Realtors® (UAR) Legislative Council and was recognized as UAR Affiliate of the Year in 2014.  Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Bob relocated to Utah in 1997, where he met his wife more than 20 years ago while skiing in the Wasatch Mountains. Together, they are raising two daughters, Cate and Kat. Outside of his professional pursuits, Bob is an avid fly fisherman and outdoorsman who enjoys camping and spending time in the mountains with his family.

Alanah Griffith is an attorney specializing in real estate, development and community association law for over 20 years.  She is also the Representative for HD 60 in the Montana Legislature.  Ms. Griffith specializes in complex development, litigation and addressing community association needs.  She also works with affordable and attainable housing projects and housing trusts. 

Wyatt Johnson took the blue collar route to wealth. After realizing college wasn't for him, he started a seven year career as an electrician. While not working as an electrician, Wyatt bought house hacks, fixed them up, and rented out rooms. This allowed him to eventually build up the experience and capital necessary to quit his day job and go full time into house flipping. Now, 5 years after quitting his job, Wyatt has done almost 200 deals in Montana and Wyoming, and he does over 40 deals a year through his company Billings Homebuyers with his business partner, Kim Brophy
