Andrew Connor is the founder of the Center for Community Ownership, which works on community investment and community-owned enterprise projects across the United States. He is also a board member for the Crowdfunding Professional Association.

Erik and Kinsey began their real estate investing journey with the purchase of a duplex in Billings, Montana in November 2024. What started as a long-term rental strategy evolved into a short-term rental business, and they launched their first Airbnb in the summer of 2025 after completing a full renovation. Their passion for real estate is driven by a desire to build long-term wealth, gain financial freedom, and create a lifestyle rooted in purpose and flexibility. Erik and Kinsey are focused on continuing to learn the business from the ground up, with the goal of eventually transitioning into larger commercial investments.

Wyatt grew up in a small town outside of Billings and took an interest in business at a young age when he started working for the local meat processor. After high school he went to college for business management but dropped out after a semester to join the IBEW as an apprentice electrician. While working as an electrician, Wyatt read Rich Dad Poor Dad and started doing live-in flips. Once he was able to finish the electrical apprenticeship and get his electrical license, he quit his job and started flipping houses full time. Wyatt has now done over 100 deals that include flips, wholesales, subject to properties, dirty title properties, foreclosure auctions, and everything in between. He and his partner, Kim Brophy, do over 30 deals a year and are currently navigating the transition from being house flippers to building a real estate business.

Quito Keutla is a seasoned real estate investor with over two decades of hands-on experience in residential and multi family real estate. Based in Billings, Montana, Quito specializes in revitalizing distressed properties and transforming them into affordable housing. His investment portfolio includes dozens of rental units, creative seller-financed deals, and value-add redevelopment projects.

Raised in Montana after his family immigrated as refugees from Laos, Quito combines grit, resilience, and sharp financial acumen to structure deals that benefit both investors and communities. He has a deep understanding of market cycles, cash flow strategies, and tenant-focused property management—and he’s passionate about teaching others how to build wealth through real estate.

Pat and his wife Dana

Pat (pictured with his wife Dana) started his main street investing with a buy and hold duplex in 2010.  Since then, he has expanded his real estate rental holdings, completed several personal lending investments, and invested in private equity in several businesses.  After a career in transportation engineering, Pat decided to work to learn and has been brokering business deals with Murphy Business Sales since 2018.

Keith spent a decade teaching middle school before making the leap into real estate investing. Starting with modest projects and a lot of sweat equity, he grew into a full-time developer now with an approved 163-home community in Great Falls.

Tim Netzley started Inspect Montana LLC, Safe Home Environmental LLC, Construct Montana LLC, and other companies including LLCs specifically for real estate investments. Some of the services offered at Inspect Montana include property consultation and inspection of residential and commercial properties. His company understands investors and often performs construction consultation, cost to remedy reports, cost projection analyses, maintenance plans, environmental testing, and more all aimed at protecting investors, owners, or buyers. He has personally been at real estate inspection for over 24 years.

Tiffany Youngren has been where you are. After flipping over 150 properties and building multiple businesses over 30 years, she knows firsthand that growth without systems equals chaos. As co-owner of The Youngren Team and founder of OMH Agency, Tiffany discovered that the secret to scaling isn't working harder—it's letting smart automation handle the repetitive stuff that eats up your time and sanity.
From 2 AM maintenance calls to endless tenant screening, Tiffany has cracked the code on using simple AI tools to keep tenants happy, deals moving, and drama to a minimum. Her no-nonsense approach to technology means even the most tech-hesitant landlords walk away with practical solutions they can implement immediately.

When she's not helping real estate investors automate their way to freedom, you'll find Tiffany adding to her own portfolio or teaching other entrepreneurs how to build businesses that run without them.

"The goal isn't to replace yourself with robots—it's to free yourself up for the parts of real estate investing you actually love."
